Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Vireo Book, Vireo Gas, Vireo Transit, Vireo Properties, the shared Vireo ID, vireo.bz, or another service operated by Vireo Technologies Limited. By using a service, you agree to these terms and any product-specific information shown at the point of use.

Vireo provides technology that helps people find services and information, make and track requests, and keep a clear record of what was agreed. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, the gas, appointment, transport service, property, or other underlying service is provided by the relevant business, operator, owner, or representative—not by Vireo.

Give accurate information, keep access to your email and phone secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using your Vireo ID. One Vireo ID may be used across Vireo products. Business roles and access may require verification.

Unless a product expressly says otherwise, Vireo does not hold customer money. Payment is made to the relevant business or operator using the options it offers. A payment screenshot is evidence for review, not confirmation that money was received.

Some prices, including regulated fuel prices and transport fares, may be set or constrained by public authorities. Property prices, availability, terms, title, and infrastructure must be reconfirmed in writing and independently checked before a commitment is made.

Do not misuse a Vireo service, impersonate another person, submit false or unlawful material, interfere with security or availability, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of a service, or use Vireo to harm another person or business. We may refuse, suspend, or end access where reasonably needed to protect users, businesses, Vireo, or the law.

We work to keep information useful and services available, but listings, schedules, inventory, prices, maps, and third-party information can change. Verify important information with the responsible provider. Vireo services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, connectivity, or circumstances outside our control.

You may request closure of your Vireo ID using the account-closing page. Closure removes or anonymises direct identity information and revokes app access. Some transaction records may be retained for legitimate legal, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons described in the privacy policy.

To the extent permitted by Belize law, Vireo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions, quality, legality, or availability of an independent business or operator. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.

These terms are governed by the laws of Belize. We may update them as Vireo changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide additional notice where required.
