How to get help
For help with a Vireo app, write to us. A person reads every message.
So we can help the first time, tell us
- Which app, and whether it is on an iPhone, an Android phone or the web
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- The day and time, and for Transit the route or ticket code
- The email or phone number you sign in with, if it is about your account
Never send a password, a card number or a sign-in code. We will never ask for one.
By app
Who can fix it.
Vireo builds the apps. The bus lines, businesses and shops run the service. Some questions go straight to them.
Vireo Transit
- Bus times come from each bus line. If a bus did not run or left at a different time, tell the line, and tell us too so we can correct the timetable.
- A ticket holds your fare at the published price. You pay the conductor on board, or pay ahead by bank transfer and attach the screenshot. Vireo never holds your money: questions about a payment go to the bus line.
- “Where is it” shows your bus only while its crew’s phone is reporting. If it says there is no signal from the bus, the bus may still be running on time.
- Lost property, delays and conduct on board are for the bus line. We can pass on a report.
Vireo Book
- Your appointment is with the business. To change or cancel it, contact the business directly.
- If the booking page will not load, will not accept your booking, or shows the wrong times, write to us.
Vireo Gas
- Your order is filled and delivered by the gas shop. For a delivery that is late or missing, contact the shop first.
- If the app will not place an order or shows something wrong, write to us.
Signing in
Vireo sends a sign-in link by email. Open it on the same phone you are signing in on, and check your spam folder if it has not arrived after a minute. Each link works once; ask for a new one if it has expired.
Closing your account
You can close your Vireo ID in the app, under Account. What we keep and what we remove is explained on the account closing page.
