This page explains what is specific to Vireo Gas. The Vireo-wide terms also applies and covers the shared Vireo layer.
The shop fulfils the order
Vireo Gas records the request and the live order state. The selected shop supplies the products and is responsible for preparation, safe handling, delivery, and any lawful licence or operating requirement.
Rates and changes
Butane is quoted using the applicable published rate per pound. The order records the rate used. If a controlled price changes before commitment, Gas must show the new price rather than charge a stale quote silently.
Payment
You pay the shop using the options shown for the order, including at the door or by transfer directly to the shop. Vireo does not hold the money. A shop confirms a transfer after checking its own account.
