Closing Vireo Book access
What happens to Book appointments when you close your Vireo ID.

Guest bookings
A guest booking does not create a Vireo ID. To ask about information attached to a guest appointment, contact Vireo from the email address or phone number used for the booking and include the business and appointment date.
Bookings on a Vireo ID
Closing your Vireo ID removes access to Book and the other connected Vireo apps. Direct identity fields are removed or anonymised, while appointment and payment records may be retained by the business or Vireo for accounting, safety, fraud prevention, or dispute handling as described in the main account-closing policy.
