A held time is temporary
When a deposit applies, the booking page and private appointment show the exact deadline for sending proof. If the requirement is not completed in time, the held time can be released for somebody else.
The business’s policy applies
The business sets the deposit, cancellation window, and any service-specific conditions shown before you book. When an appointment goes ahead, a deposit is credited as described in the live booking flow. Work that depends on design, length, existing product, or other details may have a final total confirmed by the business.
Changes and cancellations
Use the private appointment link to cancel or request another available time before the cancellation window shown for that booking closes. Contact the business using the details on its booking page if you need help.
