Book coordinates; the business delivers
Vireo Book helps customers and businesses request, confirm, and keep track of appointments. The business provides the service, sets its availability, and remains responsible for the work it performs.
Price, deposits, and availability
The live booking flow shows the service price or pricing basis, available times, deposit instructions, and cancellation window that apply to the appointment. A time may be released if a required deposit is not completed before the deadline shown.
Money is paid directly to the business. Vireo does not hold a customer balance and a submitted receipt still requires the business to confirm that the transfer arrived.
Private appointment links
A private manage link can reveal or change an appointment. Keep it private and contact the business if you believe somebody else has received it.
